Appointment Cancellation
Please note Vitamin Clinic operates on a 48 hour cancellation policy. If you wish to cancel or rearrange appointments, we kindly ask you to give us 48 hours’ notice. We reserve the right to charge the cost of the appointment if there is a no show or adequate notice is not given.

Please email, text or phone if you wish to change or cancel your appointment. We strive to ensure that we are always available.
Complaints Policy
Complaints should be made by e-mail to the manager of your clinic. We aim to acknowledge complaints within 5 working days.
